Who We Are?
All About LET'S GO
LET’S GO is scottishathletics’ grassroots programme designed to get children aged 5 -12 moving, laughing, and loving athletics through four simple actions: Run, Push, Jump, Throw!
Built to be inclusive, dynamic, and accessible to all abilities, LET’S GO makes it easier than ever to introduce young people to the joy of movement, whether it’s at school, in a club, or out in the community.
At the heart of LET’S GO are two digital tools:
The LET’S GO Booking Platform – a smart, user-friendly hub where clubs and leaders can promote sessions, manage bookings, and handle payments with ease.
The LET’S GO App – a game-changing resource packed with session ideas, videos, and guidance to empower leaders, coaches, and volunteers to deliver high-quality, high-energy athletics sessions.
To support delivery from start to finish, we’ve also launched the LET’S GO Leaders Workshop. A practical, hands-on training course covering the fundamentals of Run, Push, Jump, Throw and how to make the most of the digital tools.
Whether you’re a parent, club leader, school teacher, or aspiring coach, LET’S GO gives you everything you need to inspire a lifelong love of athletics in children across Scotland.
